Grateful for "The Secret"
I am going to a showing of "The Secret" this evening and I'm very excited. The buzz about this movie has been tremendous. So many people have recommended I see it. I have even directed people to the web site www.thesecret.tv to encourage them to check it out. I'm convinced it's a good thing, even though I haven't seen it yet.
It's about the Law of Attraction. I don't know much, but I understand that the Law of Attraction comes from Quantum Physics. It has to do with everything being made of energy and each thing has a certain vibration. It has been extended into everyday life to include thoughts. Apparently, thoughts have energy and their own vibration. Your thoughts attract like thoughts.
I have been focusing on gratitude and finding others share this belief. I want to attract more good stuff into my life and my business. I am having so much fun with others who believe they can attract good stuff by focusing their thoughts in a positive direction. I am grateful for like-minded thinkers!
Grateful for Growth Workshops
I am grateful for the ability to hold workshops on topics of interest to my clients, colleagues, and friends. I am grateful for the technology that allows me to create teleclasses to reach people in other parts of the US and throughout the world. I have reached people who have signed up for my newsletter in several states and two countries. I am grateful for the astounding advances in technology that allows me to connect with others that I would have never know otherwise. Wow!
Gratitude for My Clients
I am grateful for my clients who share their growth journey with me. They offer me their stories and together we work to transform their experiences into powerful lives. They are on a growth path and they appreciate the work involved, yet they don't see it as "just hard work." They like themselves better as they become the people they want to be. Thank you for allowing me to assist you in your growth, my clients. It happens because you are invested in yourself!
Greatful for Health and Abundance
Today I am grateful for my health and abundance. I have been gardening this weekend. I planted brussel sprouts for the first time and two types of tomatoes. I also planted seeds of several other plants in little peat pots. I am grateful for the compulsion I feel to plant and nurture a vegetable garden for the second year in a row. I am stiff and sore from my labors with a shovel and hoe and I am grateful to be able to feel.
I am exciting about the year and I am grateful for abundance, which shows up in so many different ways! Abundance of friends, abundance of resources and ideas, abundance of business. Life is good and I am grateful.
Grateful for Friends
I am grateful for my circle of friends. Some are closer and I feel free to call on them when I need to run a difficult situation by them. Others are my "several lunches a year" friends. We are not as close, but we enjoy each others' company and we feel comfortable with each other. Still others are people I've just met, but feel a connection with and would like to know better.
Friendships take time to develop. Friendships are strongest when neither party feels controlled by the other. Friends practice acceptance and respect. I am grateful for my friendship with my husband, my closest friend of all. We've learned that friendship in marriage is a wonderful thing. We respect and accept each other. We listen to each other, giving each other support and time to work through difficult situations. I am so grateful for my husband's friendship.
Grateful for the Law of Attraction
I don't understand much about the Law of Attraction. I understand it's a Quantum Physics concept and I am very limited in my understanding of science. I do know that I like the idea that my thoughts are energy and I can attract what I want more of. I think I used to hear, "Be careful what you wish for; you just might get it." I wonder...
Does that mean I attract what I think about? That's what the Law of Attraction seems to be about, at least the way I understand it. I am grateful for such a concept. I've been focusing on what I want to attract into my life and my business. Just saying aloud what I want to attract has been a powerful exercise for me. I've been telling my clients about it. I see it like affirmations.
I'm excited to see the changes in my way of thinking as I focus on the good things I want to attract. I'm extra excited when my clients do the same thing and they report good results. I am grateful for the power of the mind. When we focus on the good stuff, we'll see more of it!
I am Grateful for My Ideal Clients
I express my profound gratitude to my ideal clients. These are the clients who appreciate the value of counseling and are committed to their growth journey. These clients enrich my life as they take steps towards creating the life they want for themselves. They understand that they must seek new knowledge. They are ready to face their short-comings, making way for new, more helpful behaviors. They challenge me as they learn and grow. I appreciate you, my ideal clients. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your self-growth journey!
